Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

Lead Time: 2-7 days for order processing

Post Processing Shipping:  Typically, 7-14 business days for your order to be received post-processing and shipment.

If order was placed during a high-traffic period, such as crossing, events or holiday shopping season, please allow up to 14 or more business days to receive it, as our order volume more than quadruples during those times.

Tracking information will be sent via email to the email address used to place your order once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Please ensure the correct email address is input during your purchase; we will not change email addresses.
Please confirm your shipping address to prevent delays or loss. 

We try to process items as they are completed, therefore you may receive some items in your order separately. Below is a list of items that ship separately from apparel items, and/or take longer to receive are as follows:
  • Phone and laptop accessories
  • Embroidered or Personalized 
  • Custom Tray Tables
  • Home or office decor
  • Backpacks
  • Swim wear
  • Puzzles
  • Mugs
  • Books

This list is subject to change.

Lifetime Apparel cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered on our website during checkout. We also cannot modify sizing or shipping after orders are in queue and processing. 

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, unless addressed to a USPS PO Box or Military FPO/APO/DPO is purchased. Shipping confirmations will include tracking numbers and are emailed when orders have been shipped. 

In the case of inclement weather or natural disasters, which is natural and beyond our control, no refunds will be issued for processing/shipping delays. Lifetime Apparel cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by unforeseen world events or issues within the corporate USPS system. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated on the shipping carriers website.

Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after your package has shipped, these events may occur. 

Although rare several things can happen such as stolen packages, open and resealed packages and packages lost in transit for an extended period of time.

All carriers have a claim process for these situations, please use your tracking number and follow the claim process listed on the carriers website.

Once a package is shipped we are not responsible for what happens while in transit.

Feel free to contact us and notify us of the situation and we will try to assist you the best we can. You will be responsible to submit claims to the shipping carrier.

PRE-ORDERS/CUSTOM ORDERS

During a designated window of time, we will offer Pre-Orders for selected items, which we will identified in the product details  .

If you miss the Pre-Order /Custom window, you'll need to wait until the next product restock. Please note: The production period for Pre-Order/Custom items may vary. Refer to each product description for specific timeframes. Once your Pre-Order item is packaged and shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking information.
