Return & Exchange Policy

Lifetime Apparel does not issue refunds, but we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for eligible items. (See below for any refund eligible options.)

LTA is pleased to work with any clients to resolve questions or concerns.

***Non-returnable merchandise include: Final sale products, Intimates and accessories.

***Store credit is issued for the cost of the merchandise only.

*Please note that if you purchased item at a cluster/conference/regional event. Item is NOT eligible for returns.

HOW THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS WORKS

  1. Submit your request within 3 day of delivery using the contact us form or email us directly.
  2. We will respond to your message with the next steps.
  3. Send your item back within 7 days of our response. Please enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back.
  • Customers will also be invoices for the shipping label fee for the replacement item (If it was our error, we will issue a shipping label at no cost)
  • **If you purchase an incorrect items or size and want to return the items for a store credit, the customer is responsible for  Restocking Fee of 20% 

Once received and inspected:

    • Store credit will be issued OR

    • Your exchange item will automatically ship

No additional steps are required after submission. 

RETURN CONDITION We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. 

We strive to do our best to make sure all orders are packaged correctly but in the event items are missing from your order, or have arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and we will promptly arrange a replacement, available at no additional cost. 

Refund Eligible: Damaged or Incorrect Items ONLY!

Damaged items must be reported upon receipt and no later than 3 days after the shipping carrier has marked the package delivered. 

  • If not reported within this time frame, items are no longer eligible for refund. 
  • If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • All returned packages must be shipped within 7 business days from date of delivery
  • All items must have the original tags attached
  • All items must be in good, unworn condition, no stains, rips, foul odors, etc.
  • Price adjustments will not be done for items with a reduced price.
  • Shipping Fee will not be refunded

Customized Orders: NON RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE

We have a no return policy on customized merchandise. Customized orders are confirmed with you before processing and finalized via email. If you contact us with corrections before the item has been sent for processing and production we maybe able to make changes. However, once the items is in production we are unable to make changes.
