Custom Jacket Orders

Whether you’re looking to create a fully customized line jacket or upgrade a jacket you already own, we specializes in delivering high-quality, personalized designs that represent your story with precision, style, and pride.

We take orders based on or current production capacity. Please note that production time does not begin until payment is received AND the final digital mockup is approved.

Estimated Production Times:  Line Jackets & Varsity Jackets: 6–8 weeks. Orders with intricate embroidery, large quantities, or complex customization may require longer production times. We strongly recommend placing orders early to meet your deadline.

Rush Fee:  30% of total order (Order required sooner than 2 weeks are by availability only)

Standard Jackets:

$195.00 (Additional Items will increase the cost based on the request.)

Design & Artwork Services

• Standard artwork setup is included in garment pricing
• Custom Design Fee: $85 (non-refundable)Includes initial design + 2 revisions
• Additional Revisions: $20 per revision
• Digitization Fee: $30 (one-time for new logos/artwork)

Proof Approval

All orders require final proof approval before production begins.

Customer Responsibility:
Please carefully review your design for:

• Spelling and grammar 
• Colors and sizing
• Placement of all elements

Mockup Fee: $25 per design (Includes initial design + 2 revisions)

The customer must approve and verified all errors in the approval process. Once the design is marked final and moved to production there are no changes allowed. There is a $20.00 fee for each change made after the approval.

 Payment & Pricing

• Full payment (100%) is required to begin production
• No production will start without payment and approval

Cancellations

If cancelled after artwork has been created or digitized, a portion of the payment will be retained to cover design costs.

All Sales Are Final For Custom Products.

Reporting Window

All claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

We will provide a replacement or refund only if the error is ours, including:

• Incorrect design
• Wrong size shipped
• Wrong color (compared to approved proof)
