Refund policy
REFUNDS are granted at the discretion of the owners. Refunds are handle on case by case circumstances.
LTA is pleased to work with any clients to resolve questions or concerns.
Returns
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Restocking Fee
You can return/exchange unworn merchandise within 5 business days for a refund less a 25% restocking fee.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
LifeTime Apparel offers a store credit for the return of any regularly priced merchandise within 7 days after receipt of the item(s). All sale item(s) and conference sales are final. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the issued store credit. Store credit is issued for the cost of the merchandise only.
RETURN PROCESS
- Send an email to info@lifetimeapparelllc.com notifying us of your desire to exchange your item.
- Mail the items you wish to exchange to the address provided on the package you received within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). ** You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs to return your item(s). This includes the shipping cost to return the item(s) to the return address, as well as the shipping costs for shipment of the new item(s).
- Once your return is processed, we will issue you a store credit via email. Your store credit will be in the amount of the purchased price of the returned item(s) only.
*Please note that if you purchased item at a cluster/conference/regional event. Item is NOT eligible for exchange or returns.
RETURN CONDITION
Please package the item(s) being returned in the original packaging. If item show signs of being worn, washed, soiled, LifeTime Apparel reserve the right to refuse said item and customer will be charge a shipping fee to send damaged item back.
The Following Items are Not Eligible for Return:
Items that show evidence of wear
Items on sale
Items purchased at a conference
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a reputable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customized Orders
We have a no return policy on customized merchandise. Customized orders are confirmed with you before processing and finalized via email. If you contact us with corrections before the item has been sent for processing and production we maybe able to make changes. However, once the items is in production we are unable to make changes.
